Write to us
To report a wrong figure, a mis-cited article, or a page that does not answer the question it set out to answer.
One address only
This is the only address at this domain that actually receives: forwarding is live on info@, and any other name at this domain is discarded without telling the sender. We say so because mail lost in silence is worse than a mailbox that does not exist.
What we cannot do
We do not look up notices, we do not read points balances, we take no payments and we give no legal advice on an individual case. We collect no personal data: there is no form on this site, only an address.
In brief
What we can deal with
- A wrong figureIf an amount or a points value does not match the article we cite, tell us the page and the article: the fix goes through the data, not the prose.
- A mis-cited articleComma, letter, sentence: if a citation does not lead where it should, that is our error and it gets corrected at source.
- An unanswered questionIf a page promises to answer something and does not, that is the most useful report we can get.
Draft in progress: the long-form text of this page is still being written.
