This site is an informational guide to the penalties the Italian Codice della Strada provides for. It reports the text of the articles, the figures they carry and the deadlines that follow, with the source named beside every value.

It is not legal advice and does not replace a professional opinion on your case. We have no access to your notice, your points balance or your position with any authority, and we take no payments.

The calculators return the result of applying the statutory rules to the data you enter. If what you enter does not match your notice, the result will not match your situation.

Until the reviewer of record signs, every figure on this site is marked as in review: it comes from the consolidated statute text we read, but it has not yet been approved. The banner at the top and the note at the foot of every page say so, and they stay until that signature arrives.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of what it says; a report sent to info@contamulte.it is the fastest way to get an error corrected.
